In order to continuously improve its management, Grupo Fractalia is committed to the following operating principles:

Keep in constant contact with customers so as to be aware of their level of satisfaction at all times.

Ensure that the personnel and infrastructure resources required are available to fulfil the goal of continuous improvement.

Establish a methodology for identifying, assessing and managing risks so as to ensure the security of the information regarding assets used during operations.
